and the album name (according to the website) is Koko ni Ita Koto
which means "It is here" (i think)


and the song "Koko ni Ita Koto" (track 16) 
is going to be by AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, and SDN48 (wow LOL)


ANDDDDDD track 8 is a tomochin/acchan duet!!! :D
